1 Definitions

For the purposes of these Terms, the following definitions apply:

• "Account" refers to the personal gaming account registered by a User on the idn668 platform.
• "Bet" or "Wager" means any stake placed by a User on a game, sports event, or other betting market offered by idn668.
• "Bonus" means any promotional credit, free bet, or other incentive offered by idn668 to Users, subject to specific terms and conditions.
• "Deposit" refers to funds transferred by a User into their idn668 Account for the purpose of placing bets.
• "Withdrawal" refers to funds requested by a User to be transferred from their idn668 Account to their designated bank account or payment method.

• "RTP" (Return to Player) refers to the theoretical percentage of all wagered money that a game will pay back to players over time.

2 Acceptance of Terms

3 Eligibility Requirements

4. Account Ownership: You may register only one account per person, household, IP address, and payment method. Multiple accounts (also known as "duplicate accounts") are strictly prohibited and may result in account suspension and forfeiture of funds.
5. Financial Responsibility: You must use only funds that legally belong to you. Using stolen funds, fraudulently obtained funds, or funds derived from illegal activities is strictly prohibited and will result in immediate account termination and legal action.

4 Account Registration and Security

4.1 Registration Process

To create an account, you must provide accurate, complete, and current information during the registration process, including but not limited to your full legal name, date of birth, residential address, email address, and mobile phone number. You agree to update this information promptly if it changes.

Providing false, misleading, or fraudulent information is a material breach of these Terms and may result in immediate account suspension and forfeiture of all funds.

4.2 Identity Verification (KYC)

idn668 is required by law to verify the identity of all Users to prevent fraud, money laundering, and underage gambling. As part of the KYC process, you may be required to submit copies of government-issued identification (such as an Indonesian KTP or passport), proof of address (such as a utility bill or bank statement), and/or proof of payment method ownership.

Withdrawals may be delayed or denied until KYC verification is successfully completed. idn668 reserves the right to request additional documentation at any time.

4.3 Account Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account login credentials (username and password). You must not share your login credentials with any third party. Any activity conducted through your account will be deemed to have been authorized by you.

If you suspect that your account has been compromised or accessed without your authorization, you must notify idn668 customer support immediately. idn668 is not liable for any losses resulting from unauthorized use of your account if you have failed to maintain the confidentiality of your login credentials.

We strongly recommend enabling two-factor authentication (2FA) for enhanced account security.

5 Deposits, Withdrawals, and Payments

5.1 Deposits

idn668 accepts deposits via the following payment methods: BCA (Bank Central Asia), BRI (Bank Rakyat Indonesia), BNI (Bank Negara Indonesia), Mandiri (Bank Mandiri), CIMB Niaga, OCBC NISP, and e-wallets including OVO, DANA, GoPay, ShopeePay, and LinkAja.

The minimum deposit amount is Rp 50.000. The maximum deposit amount varies by payment method and VIP tier. All deposits are processed in Indonesian Rupiah (IDR).

Deposits made via bank transfer during banking hours (Monday-Friday, 08:00-16:00 WIB) are typically credited to your account within 5 minutes. Off-hours deposits may take up to 24 hours to process.

5.2 Withdrawals

Users may request withdrawals at any time, subject to the following conditions:

• The minimum withdrawal amount is Rp 50.000.
• Your account must be fully verified (KYC completed) before any withdrawal can be processed.
• Withdrawals must be made to a bank account or payment method registered in your own name. Third-party withdrawals are strictly prohibited.

idn668 does not charge withdrawal fees. However, your bank or payment provider may impose transaction fees, which are your responsibility.

5.3 Payment Method Restrictions

You may only deposit and withdraw funds using payment methods registered in your own legal name. Using payment methods belonging to third parties (including family members, friends, or business associates) is strictly prohibited and will result in account suspension and forfeiture of funds.

6 Bonuses, Promotions, and Wagering Requirements

idn668 may offer various bonuses, promotions, and loyalty rewards to Users from time to time. All bonuses are subject to specific terms and conditions, which will be clearly stated in the promotional offer.

Key points regarding bonuses:

• Eligibility: Bonuses are typically available to new and existing Users who meet the specified eligibility criteria. Some bonuses may be restricted by geographic region, VIP tier, or previous bonus usage.
• Wagering Requirements: Most bonuses are subject to wagering requirements (also known as "rollover" or "playthrough" requirements). This means you must wager the bonus amount a specified number of times before any winnings derived from the bonus can be withdrawn. For example, a bonus with a 10x wagering requirement means you must place bets totaling 10 times the bonus amount.
• Game Weighting: Not all games contribute equally toward wagering requirements. Slots typically contribute 100%, while table games, live casino, and sports betting may contribute less (e.g., 10-50%). Check the specific bonus terms for details.
• Expiry: Bonuses and associated wagering requirements typically expire after a specified period (e.g., 7, 14, or 30 days from the date the bonus is credited). Any unused bonus funds and pending wagering requirements will be forfeited after expiry.
• Abuse: Bonus abuse, including but not limited to creating multiple accounts to claim bonuses, coordinated betting, or using automated betting systems to meet wagering requirements, is strictly prohibited and will result in immediate account suspension and forfeiture of all bonus funds and winnings.
• Withdrawal Restrictions: You cannot withdraw funds while an active bonus is in your account unless you forfeit the bonus and all associated winnings. Once wagering requirements are met, bonus funds convert to real money and become withdrawable.

idn668 reserves the right to modify, suspend, or cancel any promotion at any time without prior notice.

7 Gameplay Rules and Fair Play

All games on the idn668 platform are powered by certified Random Number Generator (RNG) software, independently tested and audited to ensure fairness and randomness. Game outcomes are determined entirely by chance and cannot be predicted or manipulated.

By placing bets on the idn668 platform, you agree to the following gameplay rules:

• Bet Acceptance: idn668 reserves the right to refuse, limit, or void any bet at its sole discretion, particularly if we suspect fraud, error, or technical malfunction. In such cases, stakes will be refunded.

2. Multiple Accounts: Creating or operating more than one account per person, household, or IP address.

6. Hacking and Exploitation: Attempting to access, modify, or exploit the idn668 platform, software, or databases through hacking, reverse engineering, or other unauthorized means.
7. Money Laundering: Using the idn668 platform to launder money or engage in other illegal financial activities. All suspicious transactions are monitored and reported to relevant authorities.
8. Underage Gambling: Allowing anyone under 21 years of age to access your account or place bets.
9. Chargebacks: Initiating unwarranted chargebacks or payment disputes with your bank or payment provider after making a deposit.

9 Limitation of Liability and Disclaimer

To the fullest extent permitted by law, idn668 and its parent company, subsidiaries, affiliates, officers, directors, employees, and agents shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or related to your use of the Service, including but not limited to:

10 Account Suspension and Termination

10.1 Suspension by idn668

idn668 reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or terminate your account at any time, with or without notice, if:

• You violate any provision of these Terms.
• We suspect fraudulent, illegal, or abusive activity on your account.
• You fail to complete KYC verification when requested.
• Your account has been inactive for more than 12 consecutive months.
• We are required to do so by law or regulatory authority.

If your account is suspended or terminated due to a breach of these Terms, any remaining balance may be forfeited.

10.2 Voluntary Account Closure

You may request to close your account at any time by contacting customer support. Before closing your account, you must withdraw any remaining balance (subject to wagering requirements and KYC verification). Once your account is closed, you will no longer have access to the Service.

10.3 Self-Exclusion

If you feel that gambling is becoming a problem, you may request self-exclusion for a period of 6 months, 1 year, or permanently. You agree to waive any right to participate in a class-action lawsuit or class-wide arbitration against idn668.
